The Transformative Dance Festival is a celebration of expressive and authentic movement and dance.
We cherish our gift of dance as a transformative and healing experience and are happy to share this experience with whoever loves to move. Our vision is to have more and more people dancing through life. We invite you to move, express and dance with us.
The Festival is a co-creation between Hadas Fisher- Oren and her graduates of different facilitator trainings. Each of us will bring a different nuance of facilitating into the space. What we all share is the love for transformative dance and the passion to hold space for dance and transformation through Movement.

Through this Transformative dance session we will notice different parts of us, as they are, and might discover this is already a lot and even enough, effortlessly being what we are.
A 70 minute dance journey that invites you to come home to your body and move through what is present.
Moran and Mariana participated in the Summer Intensive Facilitators Training in August 2023 in Berlin and have since continued sharing their moves on the UHU-nest dance floor as part of the free form movement group’s weekly sessions.
18.00 Martha - Dance your weird
You are invited to explore the weird, awkward parts of yourself. Give space to those sides that feel not quite fitting, let them expand and meet yourself with curiosity. Find freedom of movement and letting go of the mind. Who knows what lurks behind a twisted limb?
Martha is a transformative dance graduate of 2021 and has since then explored her facilitation skills in monthly classes and a weekend Retreat. She has a passion for group processes, focuses on the expression of the individual and believes strongly in the healing powers of dance.

Arriving to yourself, the space and each other
Ka and Mareike's session offers a gentle start to the festival day. We will tune in with our bodies, explore the space, and connect with the group in a playful way.

12.00 - Carmen - “Earth and Light”
The Element Earth corresponds to the season of winter that invites us to go inwards and rest. Also, illness can invite us to do the same. This dance class “Earth and Light”, invites you to connect with the element Earth and its stabilizing and regenerative resources. This dance class is a journey to experience which resources the element Earth activates in you and how that helps you to move towards spring and new beginning.
I am Carmen. Free expression in Dancing is one of my most important resources to reload my batteries and transform emotions and illness. I am dancing with Hadas since 2014 and I am trained by her as a transformative dance facilitator since 2017. I am also a psychotherapist. After an accident, I have spent the last 2.5 years working on my own recovery. In my dance class all my knowledge melts together and I look forward to hold space for you.
13:30 Annika -Fluidity Free Form Movement
Diving into the different stages of fluidity, we are connecting with the water inside of us. The movement is breaking up the inner layers, bringing us into a state of flow. Our bodies hold so much tension, which I‘m trying to clean in order to make life feel light and smooth again.
Annika was part of the Summer Intensive Training in 2022. Since then, she offers dance sessions in Portugal & Austria. She is a Yoga Teacher and Documentary Filmmaker and recently became a mother. Her dance sessions are deeply inspired by the sea.
15.00 Kathrin - “Dancing with the Broom”
Dancing with the Broom is an invitation to explore our feelings and movement impulses when engaging in daily routines like sweeping the floor, sitting on a chair, or carrying groceries — in a playful and enjoyable way. Be curious about what you might discover.
Kathrin had one of the best times of her life when she took part in the Transformative Dance Summer Intensive Training in 2023. Since then, Transformative Dance has become an indispensable part of her daily life. She has a long-standing passion for movement exploration while working as a communication designer. She is also a proud mother of two adult children.
17.00 Anke - "Holding on and letting go."
Anke explores in her Transformative Dance Sessions how we can face challenges and obstacles in our lives by holding on to what nourishes us and letting go of what weakens us. She combines elements of freeform dance movements with the Somatic Experiencing approach by Peter Levine.
Anke began dancing with Hadas in 2017 after her hero's journey. Since 2022, she has been offering monthly dance sessions in Lübeck. She is a trained psychotherapist in Gestalt therapy and CBT, and the mother of an amazing 5-year-old boy. She has navigated and delved into the wide range of emotions that arise when facing significant personal challenges recently.
18.30 - Sybille and Isa
“Tune into the Hum of Togetherness.”
Feel the subtle vibration of aliveness thrumming through you, a tingling energy ready to blossom into connection. Join us for a journey inward where we'll dive deep into our shared human experience through movement, sound, and presence. In this session we tune into the hum, dive into our connection, dance our hearts out , and end with a deliciously restorative sound bath.
The twin sisters Sybille and Isabella weave together dance, yoga, and sound healing to create a vivid somatic experience. Isabella, an experienced yoga teacher of 11 years, sound healer, author, and artist, brings a wealth of knowledge and a spirit of curiosity. Drawn to Hadas vibrant transformative dance community, Sybille joined her first circle in 2015 and, captivated by the power of dance, completed Hadas's transformative dance facilitator training in 2021. Together, Isabella and Sybille have been hosting bi-monthly women's circles since 2023.
