Transformative Dance Festival
The Transformative Dance Festival is a celebration of expressive and authentic movement and dance.
We cherish our gift of dance as a transformative and healing experience and are happy to share this experience with whoever loves to move. Our vision is to have more and more people dancing through life. We invite you to move, express and dance with us.
The Festival is a co-creation between Hadas Fisher- Oren and her graduates of different facilitator trainings. Each of us will bring a different nuance of facilitating into the space. What we all share is the love for transformative dance and the passion to hold space for dance and transformation through Movement.

Open (your) space to dance
I invite you to open your senses to the unknown but desired spaces within your body and express whatever comes up in this dance. What spaces do you want to expand or (re-)open in your body for free, soft and joyful expression? I will guide you in allowing to come in touch with those inner realms of possibility.
Anne-Sophie has been dancing free form movement since 2016 and joined Hadas transformative dance facilitor trainings in 2019-2021 and summer 2023. She continues to offer transformative dance sessions in Cologne.

Ecstatic-Breath-Dance
We open a space for connecting with our breath, let it guide our movements and float through our feelings. We invite you into an energetic and ecstatic shaking part, a powerful cathartic moment for letting go, release and create space within ourself.
Let's celebrate the breath - aliveness & unique dances.
Barbara Hahnel
I fell in love with transformative dance at first try with Hadas in 2014. since then dancing became as important as breathing for me. I joined Hadas` amazing summer intensive training in 2022 and 2023 and can`t be more grateful for this journey. Being part of the FreeFormMovement collective Berlin I am now holding space for other dancing souls. In my breathwork journeys I offer my passion for touch, ecstasy and soul embodiment.
Lea Knippenberg
2021, Transformative Dance came into my life and since then I am dancing more freely than ever. I was always looking for an approach that is allowing me improvisation - my own dance & following the movements that are giving me joy, peace and space for digesting. This fascination brought me to Hadas Summer intense training in 2023. Currently my work is influenced by the practices of Playfight, Contact Improvisation, Breathing techniques and Meditation.

Kathrin
Exhausted? Tired? At the end of your tether? Need a break?
In this session, we explore how to move through our tiredness and weakness in a pleasurable, nourishing way.
Carried by a gentle wave of music and guided by movements that feel good in the moment, we reconnect with the inner source of our being. We relax and regenerate.
Kathrin is from Lübeck and first experienced Transformative Dance in 2022. Since then, TD has greatly supported her in discovering more and more who she truly is and what she needs in order to navigate the ups and downs of life.

Discover Playfulness
What is Playfulness?
Playfulness can be defined as:
1. The quality of being playful.
2. A festive, merry feeling.
3. A disposition to find (or create) causes for amusement.
Embracing Playfulness in Dance
We invite you to bring playfulness into your dance, into your body-mind-soul, and into your life! Together, we will discover the forms of playfulness that already exist within us, waiting to be unleashed. Are you feeling a gentle, tiny movement that craves repetition? Or perhaps a desire to bounce, jump, spin, run, and be wild? Whatever it may be, it's there to enhance your joy. We also encourage interaction with fellow dancers in space to foster genuine connection.
Tini and Alexx recently graduated as free form movement facilitators in summer 2025. Both have been dancers their entire lives, exploring various forms of movement. They bring extensive experience in creating supportive spaces beyond the dance floor and are eager to expand their skills to hold space for you during this session.

Annika von Schütz and Anke Rauch
Transformative Dance with Your Family
We’re opening this session as a family-friendly space for kids and adults to explore movement together. What we, as adults, often need to rediscover — moving in ways that feel good and natural to our bodies — is something our children already know instinctively. Let’s dance with them!
Bring your favorite music. Bring your loved ones. Let’s move together — we are family.
Annika von Schütz and Anke Rauch met in 2022 during their facilitator training with Hadas. Both are mothers, and they will co-create this space together with their two sons. All four share a deep love for dance.

AQUAFORIA
AQUAFORIA draws inspiration from Theodor Schwenk’s research into the dynamic behavior of water and natural flow patterns—the subtle geometries that shape rivers, waves, vortices and all moving water. The workshop invites participants to sense these patterns not as abstract ideas or academic study, but as living forces already present in the body.
Through guided improvisation, we explore this research somatically—letting flow translate into rhythm, breath, and sensation. The practice invites a slower, more fluid relationship with your own movement, where learning happens through feeling and the body becomes a landscape of currents.
Be water, my friends.
Natalia Zuch is a documentary filmmaker, curator and movement facilitator working between Berlin and Łódź. Her practice bridges film, performance and somatic exploration, drawing on free-form movement methods such as Transformative Dance, Authentic Movement, Instant Composition and Gaga.
An evolving thread in her work is an interdisciplinary approach that brings these fields into dialogue—treating movement as a tool for research, learning, storytelling and creative expression. She develops participatory and interdisciplinary formats that explore how the body learns, senses, and tells stories — among them Sensory Lab and You Can’t Pretend This, presented at Berlinale Talent’s Open Debates.

Isa
Embodied Fire – A Transformative Dance Journey
Awaken your inner fire in this meditative dance journey. Through intuitive movement and mindful presence, Isa guides participants to reconnect with their body, breath, and highest self — exploring what nurtures, empowers, and sets them free.
Isa is passionate about movement as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and connection. With a background in psychology and teaching yoga, she blends embodiment, awareness, and emotional expression in her sessions. She participated in the Summer Intensive Facilitators Training in August 2023 in Berlin and has since been sharing her moves on the UHU-nest dance floor with the free-form movement group.
For Isa, dance is medicine, meditation, and a sacred space where transformation unfolds and the soul can come home.

Claudia
Transformative Dance
In this Transformative dance session, I want to invite:
rooting ourselves in stillness, listening to our inner movement to allow sensations to arise, an invitation to explore. As sensations or feeling rise, we want to following their natural path into movement. We awaken to impulses, find bodily support in this journey. Echoes within our bodies, how it opens and closes, allowing transitions. And invite the rhythm of you, embrace the ebbs and flows, moments of enthusiasm or hesitance. Allow what wants to rise to unfold through the dance, celebrating the freedom of choice. Dream of possibilities, follow the rhythm that pulses within. From there I will offer ways to explore the space around our body and the shared space, moving in between and with the group. Engage in a dialogue with the people in the space. Get inspired by the people around you, stirring creativity, to play,
painting the space with our expression.
Claudia Braubach explores and practices somatic forms and their embodiment in movement, dance, and improvisation.
She has a background in dance theatre, contemporary dance and choreography. She is also a teacher of the Alexander Technique.

Soft Waters
Nina and Ela
A gentle, movement-based exploration of rest, recharge, and rebirth — guided by the element of water.
We begin with a Reiki recharge with focus on our kidneys. This grounding helps your system recharge and opens space to sense what the new year is bringing forward for you. From there, we move into intuitive, flowing movement — an exploration of fluidity, and allowing your body to guide you into your own natural rhythm.
As the body settles, movement becomes a gentle way to reconnect with your inner flow, creating room for clarity, renewal, and emotional ease. This session offers a soft reset and a conscious, embodied beginning to the new year.
This session is for you if you want to…
• invite more flow, clarity, and direction into the start of your new year
• recharge your immune system
• use movement to explore inner questions
Nina and Ela are both trained Transformative Dance Facilitators and Reiki practitioners who love integrating these two modalities to create unique, intuitive, and healing sessions together.
Nina is a Reiki Master, Lomi Lomi Nui massage therapist, and elementary teacher. She is especially dedicated to supporting educators and parents, guiding them toward a more grounded, emotionally balanced everyday life.
Ela is one of the co-founders of Free Form Movement Berlin. She brings her background in international relations, her creativity, and her ability to design inspiring spaces into the work, enriching each session with beauty, depth, and clarity.
Together, Nina and Ela weave movement, energy work, and embodied awareness to create spaces that invite transformation, connection, and inner alignment.
