בסטודיו המקסים ״יוגה הום״ שבבני ציון, נפגש יחד לשבת של הנעה וריקוד.

בסדנה זו נתחדש, נאוורר ונשיל בתנועה, ריקוד, מגע ועבודת גוף.
נאפשר להתנסות הפיסית להדהד בכל החלקים שלנו ולהביא עוד מודעות, קבלה, הנאה ושחרור.

נא לבוא בבגדים נוחים לתנועה ולהביא בקבוק מים, משהו חם ללבוש בהרפיה וחטיף להפסקונת. הסדנה מתאימה לכולם, אין צורך בניסיון קודם.

הסטודיו פתוח מ 10:15 למי שרוצה להגיע מוקדם, לשתות תה ולהתגלגל על הפרקט. נתחיל בדיוק ב10:30 ונסיים ב14:30.

Spring cleansing
day workshop with Hadas Fisher-Oren

On the 4/4 we will meet for a few hours of movement, play and dance. In this workshop we will find ways to melt down the stagnations in our bodies and open up for new potentials of blossoming and freshness through movement dance, touch and bodywork.

This workshop practice the art of dance meditation in a liberate, fun, expressive and encouraging way. Open to all levels.

Please bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water and a snack for the break. The studio is open for you from 10:15on in order to be able to arrive early and land softly on the dance floor.
